Elastic Cloud experienced a 42-minute major incident where the "Log in with Elastic Cloud" button failed to authenticate users into Kibana across both Deployments and Projects. During the outage, users could still access Kibana via the direct link within the Elastic Cloud console as a workaround. The root cause was identified and mitigated, restoring normal authentication functionality.
