The purpose of the communication is to advise you that Elavon will be performing a scheduled switch to our secondary Datacenter.

Affected Service: EU Elavon Sterling File Gateway (SFG)

What does this mean for you?

During the period, you will experience a delay, to your SFTP traffic, only during the switch over and the switch back.

Please note, that while we are in our secondary datacenter our system address, filegateway-eu.elavon.com will present our secondary IP address.
If you have configured your system to use the named address (above) you will not have issues.
