Affected Service: EU Elavon Sterling File Gateway (SFG)

What does this mean for you?

During this maintenance period, you will be unable to exchange files with EU Elavon Sterling File Gateway (SFG).

As part of the scheduled upgrade, the file transfer service will be temporarily unavailable. To avoid processing delays or failures, please do not submit files during the maintenance window. File submissions can resume once the upgrade has been completed and service has been restored.
