Degraded performance and general slowdown

Performance has returned to normal across the platform. We have also rolled out database-side optimizations and are seeing stable behavior following those changes.

Some previously delayed processing is still catching up, but communication with the platform is operating normally. We will continue monitoring until all processing has fully caught up.

Response times have mostly returned to normal across the platform. We are continuing to monitor closely as we still see some internal signals that have not fully settled, but we do not currently expect this to affect communication with the platform.

Processing of some location updates and charge detail records may still be catching up. Real-time charging and authorization are not affected.

We are currently experiencing elevated database latency that is causing a general slowdown across the platform. You may notice slower response times, and the processing and forwarding of some location updates and charge detail records is delayed. Real-time charging and authorization are not affected.

We have identified the cause as an unusually large volume of incoming data and are working to mitigate the impact. We will post a further update as soon as we have more information.
