This incident has been resolved.
Fix has been deployed to all London servers.
We have identified an issue with a driver that did not update properly after our last server maintenance. A fix is been deployed followed by a restart of the London servers to correct this issue.
We are currently investigating an issue in our London data center that is causing some servers to drop vpn connections.
