We've identified an intermittent issue with the Enom portal, where customers are unable to access or manage their accounts or experience slowness. We are currently investigating the issue.

We are still investigating cases where customers are not receiving password reset, EPP and RAA emails from the Enom system. We thank you for your continued patience as we work on a resolution.

Enom Portal functionality has been restored since 10:30 PM Eastern time. However, requests coming through email, such as an EPP key, are still impacted. Our engineering team is continuing to investigate.
