The previously reported slowdown affecting log processing in the US region for ESET PROTECT Cloud has been resolved.
Processing of incoming logs has returned to normal operation. The Computers screen and dashboards are functioning correctly, and displayed data is now being updated as expected.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the issue was being addressed.
