Outage Details

The team has identified an issue that is preventing iOS users from logging into the Organizer App using only their email and password. A fix is in progress and we hope to resolve as soon as possible. The alternative solution is to use a social login. 1. Login in through a web browser (www.eventbrite.com/login) (using email and password) 2. Click your name in the upper right corner, then Account Settings, then Linked accounts. Set up a social login like Google. 3. You’ll be able to login through the Organizer App using the social login.
