We are aware that some XOF deposits are showing as failed even though the funds have been debited from customers’ MoMo accounts.
This is due to a technical issue with our XOF payment processor. Our team is working to resolve the issue.
Once the issue is fixed, affected deposits will be reviewed and updated accordingly. Customers do not need to initiate another deposit.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
