eVisit Core - Platform Service Disruption

We are aware of an active issue impacting the eVisit Core platform, where users are intermittently unable to login or navigate the platform.

We have identified the root cause of the intermittent service disruption. Certain application functions were triggering elevated database load and CPU utilization across the platform, which led to the observed performance issues.

A hotfix was successfully deployed on May 4 at 8:00 PM CT to address this issue.

All systems are now operating as expected. We will continue to closely monitor platform performance to ensure continued stability.

As we have continued monitoring overall platform performance, we identified the need to scale additional infrastructure resources to further support platform stability and performance.

To complete this work, we will be deploying additional infrastructure resources on 5/6 at 3:00 AM CT. During this maintenance window, users may experience approximately 60 seconds of degraded performance.
