Akixi sign-in issues

This incident has now been resolved.

After further maintenance last night by Akixi, accounts are now accessible. If during the course of this issue you had raised a ticket into Evolve IP specifying individual accounts with a problem, we may have asked Akixi to remedy those accounts with a password reset, so please check your e-mail for a new password from Akixi yesterday if you can't login this morning. If you can't find one, click 'I can't access my account' on the Akixi login screen and follow the instructions. Reach out to Evolve IP support if you need any assistance.

For everybody else, Akixi should be accessible as normal using the same password you used before. If any further issues are experienced, please get in touch with Evolve IP Support.

Akixi have identified the cause of the access problems, they will be performing additional maintenance tonight at 2200 to remedy the situation.

If any customers have inaccessible accounts which require urgent remediation, please raise a support ticket and we'll work with Akixi to remedy these accounts prior to the maintenance.
