A salary below the franchise currently results in a negative pension base for PMT. This concerns employment conditions groups "NL-1201 M en T Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf" up until "NL-1207 M en T Goud- en Zilvernijverheid" and "NL-1733 HISWA - Watersportindustrie en -Recreatie". As a temporary solution, you can edit the percentage in 1200-003a, 1200-004a, 1200-003b (in case of WAZO leave) and 1200-004b (in case of WAZO leave) or respectively 1733-120a, 1733-121a, 1733-120b (in case of WAZO leave) and 1733-121b (in case of WAZO leave) to 0% on employee level. Set the end date of the edited component to the end of the current payroll period to make sure the default settings are used from next payroll period onwards. We are working on a fix.
