Currently it is not possible to update a Exact Globe Next, Exact Globe+, Exact Synergy or Exact ELIS license via the "update license from customer portal" option. As a workaround, it is possible to browse to support.exact.com and download the licenses via the "My company" tab. Also it is not possible to update the software using the ProductUpdater. We are investigating this issue and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
