When doing an export to Excel, the export is loading and a confirmation of success is shown, yet no Excel file is downloaded. When doing a manual import of people via Gear icon > Advanced Settings > Payroll Integration > View details > Import people, the percentage bar does not run or progress to 100%. The import, however, does keep running and completes the job. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
