A bug in the EAS CLI caused free plan users to incorrectly receive a "100% build used" warning when triggering builds, despite not actually being limited or having reached their allowance. No builds were blocked; the issue was purely a false warning in the CLI messaging. The incident was resolved within 59 minutes by updating to the latest EAS CLI version (`eas-cli@latest`).
