A cloud provider networking issue in one of Google Cloud Platform's availability zones caused disruptions to Expo's API, website, EAS Build, and EAS Submit services, along with delays in GitHub event processing, lasting approximately 3.4 hours. Services were restored ahead of full resolution by rescheduling workloads to unaffected availability zones around 10:06 AM PT. The cloud provider's network was confirmed fully operational across all affected zones by 12:13 PM PT.

Our cloud provider's network is fully operational in all of the availability zones Expo uses.
As of 10:06am PT we rescheduled our services to run outside of the affected availability zone that is still having some networking issues. In short, Expo's services are no longer affected but we are monitoring the cloud provider's own status updates until the incident is fully resolved and we can reschedule services across all availability zones again.
