Outage Details

On latest Sonoma MacOS using Safari browser users are unable to download our installer via My F-Secure. Once they try to download the product installer, it fails to download. They have to quickly click the “Click here” button before it disappears. Occurs on Intel and Apple Silicon machines. Note: This doesn’t seem to be a problem on other browsers. E.g. Chrome downloads the file without issue. We are currently investigating this issue.

F-Secure has implemented a solution: a new download tab will open in Safari on My F-Secure pages that will circumvent the issue.

We are now monitoring the fix.
