The F5 Distributed Cloud team has confirmed service restoration post-monitoring stage. CDN and all Distributed Cloud Console functions are fully operational. The incident has been set as resolved.

CDN (Content Delivery Network) service in the Tokyo region has been restored successfully. Traffic processing and the XC console services are operating normally. The proactive monitoring window will be extended to ensure service stability. If you’re experiencing any issues, do not hesitate to contact XC support for assistance.

The F5 Distributed Cloud team ascertained there is no impact to the traffic processing while they continue to troubleshoot CDN services affecting Tokyo region. The traffic remains fully operation after being routed to the nearest Regional Edge. More updates to follow as and when becomes available.
