F5 Distributed Cloud Support team is experiencing issues to answer your support requests via our phone system, however, the ticketing system, including email services are operating normally. We're closely monitoring our third-party vendor updates to fix the communication issues experienced.
Our Distributed Cloud core services and Bot Protection remain unaffected, and operating bussiness-as-usual. We apologize for any inconvenience, If you need support assistance, please log a case with our F5 team to follow up accordingly

The F5 Distributed Cloud team is aware of an ongoing issue impacting services running on AWS. Our support teams are unable to communicate to our customers due to phone systems and customer ticketing apps intermittently failing. We have observed an issue with our communication services only, and all our other services remain operational. AWS is working on fixing the issue and we are noticing services have started recovering.
