We are continuing to work on resolving the issue with timeliness and backout data display of the Provider Success Score. We are making progress but don't yet have it resolved.

We have deployed a fix for the loading issue on provider profiles. Providers viewing their own profiles should no longer experience the page freezing while loading.

We continue to work through getting Provider Success Score's timeliness and backout data to be loaded and displayed correctly. The overall provider success scores are accurate, but currently still missing the breakout data for timeliness and backout.

We are actively working to get the issue with the Provider Success Score's timeliness and backout data corrected. This will also resolve issues providers are having viewing their own profiles.

We've learned the issues causing provider profiles to not load are only occurring when providers view their own profiles or for our internal staff viewing provider profiles.

The core issue stems from a failed data pipeline relating to our Provider Success Score process. Timeliness and Backout details of the success score are currently unavailable due to this. We are working to correct the issue.

The Cloudflare incident appears to be resolved, but we have identified an issue causing many provider profiles to not load and are working on a fix.

We are continuing to investigate. We are aware of a major outage at our vendor Cloudflare which we believe is likely the core issue. Cloudflare is working to restore services.

In parallel we are investigating specific provider profile pages that users are unable to load. We are not yet sure if this is related to the Cloudflare outage or a separate issue.
