Access to Connect has been restored by the vast majority of providers. For our clients with open cases, we will continue working through your particular issue with you until we have a resolution. If you are still experiencing an issue accessing Connect and do not have an open case, please do reach out to our Support team and they will assist you in resolving this issue.

Progress continues as providers/security sites unblock access to Connect. Every provider to whom we have requested the removal of this false-positive flagging has complied.

If you are still affected by this, we suggest the following:
1. You should reach out to your provider/security provider to request that they address this issue. While we have seen providers react quickly to our requests, for the remaining few your direct ask will assist in rectifying this situation.
2. Use an alternative connection (your phone, for example) in the meantime.
3. You may also consider whitelisting www.finalsiteconnect.com until your provider removes this false-positive from their block list.
