Outage Details

Starting July 31, 2023, workspace users who have not upgraded to MPC-CMP will no longer be able to sign transactions. Fireblocks has been proactively transitioning all workspace users to the MPC-CMP protocol over the past year. In order to ensure every customer is using the most secure implementation of MPC, we require all users with signing keys to complete the upgrade. To find out which users in your organization are required to upgrade their signing keys, follow these steps: User roles with Owner/Admin/Non_signing_admin roles only: 1/Log into the Fireblocks Console and navigate to Workspace Settings. 2/Select the Users tab to view a list of users who need to update their signing keys. 3/This process must be repeated for each separate Fireblocks workspace, including Mainnet and Testnet workspaces.
