Please note that the issue is related to the Cardano blockchain itself and not Fireblocks infrastructure.
The symptoms include ADA transactions getting stuck with non-final statuses, such as BROADCASTING or CONFIRMING. Fireblocks has blocked the Cardano Blockchain until the issue subsides.
