SIGN DE v2 - Degraded performance of TEST environment

This incident has been resolved.

The SIGN DE v2 TEST environment is fully operational again, including TSS creation, TSS updates and signing requests.
Some TEST TSSs that existed before the incident may no longer work correctly. If one of your existing TEST TSSs shows errors, please create a new TEST TSS and use it instead.

The LIVE environment and live signing operations were not affected at any time.

We are seeing an elevated rate of HTTP 500 errors for signing requests on TEST TSSs.
Creating new TEST TSSs is affected, and updates to existing TEST TSSs may fail as well.
Our team is working on a fix.

This issue affects only the TEST environment. The LIVE environment and live signing operations are not affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
