Degraded crawling

Our event crawling and ingestion service is currently experiencing degraded performance. Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue. This may result in delays on event being displayed in events feeds and global search.

We have identified the source of the issue and are applying remediation steps. Because of the nature of the issue, recovery will be somewhat longer than usual; we expect all events to be ingested in the next 24 hours.

The event crawling and ingestion service has been restored and all systems are operating normally. The backlog of events is still being processed, so some events may continue to appear in event feeds and global search with a delay until ingestion fully catches up. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will post a final update once the backlog has been cleared.
