FLASH Degraded Performance

This incident has been resolved.

We have completed rolling out the fix and all impacted kiosks should be back to fully operational. We will continue to monitor fleet-wide performance to ensure that no further issues surface.

We have identified a fix and are in the process of implementing it. Most sites should be fully operational at this time, but any sites that are still experiencing performance issues will begin seeing improvements shortly.

We have implemented the fix and are currently monitoring the system to ensure stability and will provide a final update once the issue is considered fully resolved.

Flash Valet was experiencing degraded performance. We have identified the root cause of the degraded performance within FLASH Valet and are implementing a fix.
