Dear Fleetworthy Customers,
We are aware of an issue affecting some Apple iOS devices that received the update to Fleetworthy Go version 5.2.1. Affected devices may experience a loss of Heads Up, Safety, and Bypass Notifications for drivers.
Our Engineering and Live Services Incident Response teams are actively investigating the underlying cause of this issue.
As part of remediation efforts, the Live Services Incident Response team is sending remote management commands to affected devices to restore full application functionality.
Subscribers experiencing this issue are encouraged to contact Fleetworthy Support for assistance.
We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
