Flexera One- IT Visibility- APAC - Reporting dashboards unavailable

The issue affecting Power BI reporting dashboards in the APAC region has been resolved. Initial investigation indicates that a configuration update was required following a recent upgrade.

Our technical teams completed the necessary remediation, and subsequent validation confirmed that the affected dashboards are now accessible and operating as expected.

All services have returned to normal operation, and this incident is now considered resolved.

Incident Description: We are investigating an issue affecting IT Visibility in the APAC region where Power BI dashboards are failing to load . Customers in the affected region may be unable to access the reporting dashboards within the application. Current investigation indicates the issue is limited to the APAC region, with no impact observed in other regions at this time.

Priority: P2

Restoration Activity: Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue to identify the underlying cause and restore report functionality. We are continuing to assess the scope of impact, monitor service health, and implement corrective actions as appropriate. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
