We are experiencing problems with PDF conversions

This incident has been resolved.

We continue to have limited converion capability and advise you to only upload the PDFs that you urgently need to convert and then be patient and don't cancel them. Average queueing time is currently about 45 minutes

Conversion progress remains very slow as Amazon throttled the number of resources we can use severly. If you have started a conversion job, then we advise you not to cancel and start a new job. This will put you back at the back of the queue.

There is a confirmed problem with the conversion process from PDFs to flipbooks, caused by Amazon's AWS global outage. This can result in the conversion process taking longer than usual, not finishing at all, or failing with error messages.

This is a top-priority issue for us and will keep you informed about any progress. We advise you do NOT launch additional conversion tasks as this will only create additional flipbooks when everything is processed.
