We are experiencing problems with purchases

Cloudflare allegedly has found the reason. We are waiting for a fix. Unfortunately, in the meantime, the success rate for the checkout has deteriorated again.

The situation is still unstable, with the checkout working correctly for the majority of cases, but occasional errors still occur. There are no adverse effects from trying other than having to retry if you encounter an error.

We see that errors occur intermittently. Some orders are processed, but others result in an error. We still advise you to wait until the next update (in about 15 minutes) before placing a new order.

We are experiencing issues with all purchases (new purchases and upgrades) due to an upstream error with Cloudflare. Making a new purchase results in an error message. Upgrades in the account page give no visible error, but no upgrades are made.

We advise you not to attempt any purchases until this is resolved.
