For any existing packages that experienced the issue, our team is still working to find a path to restore the needed access to sign. We will be releasing an update that will help with resolving many of the outstanding cases.

A fix has been implemented and impacted eSign packages are being reviewed.

We are investigating reports of multiple issues with eSign packages.

In some cases, eSignature package links are inaccessible and result in a blank page.

Additionally, some Encompass Disclosures packages are stripping out some signature coordinates.
