FloQast's AutoRec Matching service experienced a major disruption where uploaded transaction files were not appearing for matching, and NetSuite-connected accounts faced transaction pull failures or "user is currently matching" error messages. The Reconciliations component was affected for 5.4 hours. The transaction syncing issue was resolved and all connected clients should now see transactions pulling in as expected.
