We're currently experiencing a degradation of one of our downstream document vendors. No action is needed from, when one of our document sub-vendors go down, Footprint collects all identity document images from the user and as soon as the vendor is operational, we'll be progressing any users that remain in pending to completion. Apologies for any inconveniences.
