Billing Statement Emails have been sent. We will continue to work on sending out Billing Summary emails.

We ran into issues sending out Billing Summary emails. We will need to work through the night and into tomorrow to continue to send those out.

Any ACH transfer initiated emails cannot be resent. They should work going forward.

We do apologize for these inconveniences caused as well as the miscommunication provided from previous updates.

We are initiating the process of sending out Billing emails now. This process will take place over the next several hours.

We are currently working on a fix that will initiate emails related to our Billing module that were not sent out last week. This would include but not limited to:

-Statement emails
-Billing Summary emails
-ACH transfer initiated emails

"The issues we experienced with SendGrid emails have been remediated and we are fully operational. However, we realize that some providers are still blocking our messages and we are working diligently to get these blocks lifted. This has also resulted in a delay to the automated billing emails, which are expected to resume by EOD Monday, 11/04.".
