TESTING ONLY - eSign Production | SendGrid outgoing email functionality impacted

Foxit eSign experienced delays and failures sending outbound emails due to an external service disruption affecting SendGrid, our third-party email provider. Email-dependent functions—including signature invitations, reminders, completion notifications, and verification emails—were temporarily impacted. Core eSign functionality remained operational, and documents already accessible could still be viewed and signed. The Cloud Operations team monitored SendGrid’s recovery and confirmed normal email delivery once the provider restored service. No customer data was lost.
