Intermittent API Errors with V2 Endpoints

We are currently investigating reports of intermittent errors affecting requests to the v2 API endpoints. Some customers may experience occasional failures or error responses when making API calls. At this stage, the root cause of the issue has not yet been identified, and our engineering team is actively reviewing logs and system behaviour to determine the source of the problem.
