We will be performing planned infrastructure maintenance on our Production environment during the above window.

During this maintenance window, our infrastructure will be updated incrementally. As a result, individual requests to KYB services may encounter intermittent errors at any point during the window. Because the disruption is distributed across nodes as they are updated, we are unable to predict which specific requests will be affected.

We recommend treating this window as a potential service disruption and scheduling any non-critical KYB operations outside of this timeframe where possible.

Our team will be actively monitoring throughout and services are expected to be fully stable by 9:00 PM AEST.
