The underlying issue has been fixed and we are monitoring for any LDAP-related errors.
IDENTIFIED

The underlying cause has been identified and a fix has been validated.
We will rollout the fix to affected customers, which will cause a downtime of up to 5 minutes.
We expect the LDAP authentication to resume regular operations for all customers until noon today.
We are sorry for the service degradation and disruption caused by this.
