How you can help train the system: 1. If you receive spam in your inbox, please use the "Move to Junk" option in SmarterMail. 2. If you find a legitimate email in your Junk folder, please mark it as "Not Junk." These actions directly help train the filtering system. As more messages are correctly classified, the system improves its ability to automatically make the right decision in the future. In short, the more it learns, the better it gets. At this time, the new spam learning system is currently enabled on the encke.gearhost.com mail server. Customers who would like to take advantage of these enhanced protections now can be moved to this server free of charge. We do not expect any issues with this move, and our team can assist with the process as needed.
