Issue with connections to Jira (OAuth 2.0) (Cloud)

We are seeing sporadic issues connecting to Jira via the new OAuth 2.0 connection. This is due to new rate limits which have been introduced as part of the transition and only recently started to take effect. If you start seeing issues with pipelines or with Jira connections, we would recommend removing your Jira (OAuth 2.0) (Cloud) connection and going back to using Jira (OAuth 1.0a)(Cloud). We would recommend doing this action pre-emptively as well to avoid disruption for you. We're working on resolving this matter as soon as possible and will post when it is clear to return to the 2.0 implementation.
