Login issues affecting SSO users

We're aware of an issue preventing some customers from signing in via Single Sign-On (SSO). This is caused by an outage at a third-party authentication provider, and their team is actively working on a fix.
Users who sign in with an email address and password can log in as usual. All other parts of our platform remain fully operational.
We're monitoring closely and will post updates here as we know more.

The issue affecting SSO sign-in has been resolved. The upstream provider deployed a fix and confirmed recovery, and SSO logins are working normally again (https://status.workos.com/)
All other platform functionality remained unaffected throughout. If you're still having trouble signing in, please reach out to support@geckoboard.com.
