Investigating - We are aware that some user might experience issues launching games they own on Epic Games Store if they have recently attempted to switch their Epic Games Account when running a game on GeForce NOW. While we are working on a fix please follow the below tips to avoid the issue. • Do not use “Remember me” checkbox when you login to Epic Games Launcher on GeForce NOW • Try to avoid switching accounts you use with Epic Games Launcher when running a game on GeForce NOW • If you are still experiencing a crash with the Epic Games Launcher, please reach out to our support team to try to fix your account to work again.
