Salesforce Sharing Rules Update

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

A new package resolving primary issues is entering QA, with a target release of early tomorrow; custom object data sets remain affected and may require manual intervention.

Following a Salesforce update, standard users lost visibility into shared folders and layers. We have resolved most of these issues proactively, but group membership with complex sharing structures, such as public groups that contain nested roles are still impacted. The team is working on a fix, contact your Ascent Cloud team for workarounds in the interim.

The outage is associated with visibility of shared items.
