EPAY Issue

TouchNet is aware of an issue in Marketplace where an error message is displayed in the mall and in uStores that says “A delay in an administrator update impacts this site’s appearance. To review the refund policy, privacy notice, or other information before purchasing goods or services, please refer to your institution’s website”. While the error message is confusing to users, it is not preventing them from placing orders. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and further updates will be provided when available. To be clear, This issue is not impacting tuition payments at the moment.
