The GlobalProtect Clientless VPN portal has been restored. Users should now be able to authenticate and access websites through the portal as expected.
Please note that the service is currently operating without full redundancy while the Network Security Team works with the vendor to identify the root cause and restore complete failover capability. A further update will be provided once the service is fully operational.
The GlobalProtect VPN Client remains available as an alternative if you experience any issues.
