We are also impacted by a major Cloudflare incident (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/25r9t0vz99rp), it might be related to the Google Cloud one.

Google has applied a mitigation for the issue, and we are starting to see recovery in our service as well. Some users might be able to sign in already. We are still monitoring the situation.
