The service degradation affected Copilot Code Review functionality for approximately 2 hours, requiring customers to re-request reviews and cancel any Actions runs that had been running for longer than 20 minutes. The issue was resolved through a mitigation that was fully deployed, restoring normal operation for new code reviews.
