We have completed the updates to accommodate the changes in Trustpilot's APIs following their maintenance. These updates have been successfully deployed, and we recommend that you attempt to relink your accounts in Gnatta now.

To provide an update, Trustpilot has completed their maintenance, but issues with their API persist. We are in discussions with Trustpilot regarding this matter and will keep you informed.

Trustpilot's update is still ongoing. We have identified changes they made to their API and are closely monitoring the situation. Once we have further updates, we will notify you to attempt relinking your accounts.

Trustpilot has recently updated their APIs, which requires you to relink your account to maintain connectivity. To ensure uninterrupted service, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account.
Navigate to Configuration → Accounts → Trustpilot.
Click Add as if creating a new account.
Follow the steps to enter your website, username, and password.
Click Submit.

Once completed, your account should no longer display any issues.
