Outage Details

We are currently aware of an issue sending email to some 3rd party email services from our Office 365 accounts and services. Yahoo made an update to Yahoo, AOL and Verizon.net email security that may be causing errors in sending to these accounts. Affected customers can use help article https://www.godaddy.com/help/enable-and-add-dkim-to-my-domain-for-microsoft-365-41748 to ensure their Microsoft email is compatible with these new security requirements.
