This issue has been resolved.
We are aware of an issue that is causing customer's M365 email accounts to be disconnected from their iOS Mail applications. The resolution for this issue is removing and then re-adding the email account to the Mail Application.
Please use the following process to remove and then re-add the email account to the Mail Application:
